If you do have house insurance with cyclone cover, and your house has been damaged in a storm, then it’s time to make a claim!
What is a claim?
Making a claim through your insurance provider means that you’re asking for coverage or compensation for the damage caused by the event that you’re covered for.
So in this case, you’ll be claiming compensation for your cyclone damaged home.
Where possible, please remember to take before and after photos of your damaged items and property - this helps us assess the damage.
How do you make a claim?
